Information handled by this build
The browser creates a temporary preview when you choose an image. When you request a translation, the image, selected source language, and target language are transmitted to this application server and then to the translation provider. The response contains a translated image and recognized text.
Storage in this application
The current code does not save uploaded images, translated images, or recognized text to a database or file store. Results remain in browser memory until you replace the image, refresh, or leave the page. Hosting infrastructure may still create ordinary request and security logs.
Service provider
A third-party service provides the OCR, translation, source-text removal, and text replacement operation. Its terms and privacy documentation govern provider-side handling. Verify the applicable processing location and retention details before a public launch.
Your responsibilities
Do not select or later upload images containing personal data you are not authorized to process. Only use manga and comic pages you created, licensed, or otherwise have the right to use.
